RESERVATION CONDITIONS

 

  1. Booking confirmation
    After receipt of a written reservation you will immediately receive a binding booking confirmation from us. Information given by telephone, additional agreements of any kind are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.


    The deposit for flats is € 200.00 per flat per week. The deposit paid shall be deemed to be a credit note for the final invoice.
    The remaining amount is to be paid by credit card or bank transfer within 21 days at the latest. Final cleaning, visitor's tax and environmental tax are to be paid directly on site.
     
  2. Cancellation and Cancellation Costs
    If cancellation is made in good time (at the latest 4 weeks before the date of arrival), the deposit will be refunded minus processing costs of € 50,00. If the cancellation is not made in time, the deposit will be forfeited.
    Processing fee per cancellation: € 50,00.
    From 4 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 3 days, from 2 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the booked stay.
    In case of non-arrival we charge 100 % of the booked days. In case of early departure we charge 100% of the remaining days.
     
  3. Arrival time
    If your arrival time is significantly delayed, please notify us. If no notification is received, the flat will only be kept free until the next day at 10.00 a.m. and will then be given to someone else without compensation.
     
  4. Booking
    Your booking only becomes valid upon receipt of your deposit. There will be no further confirmation by the administration.
     
  5. Discounts
    By taking over your rental property, you have agreed to our current pricing. Retroactive changes and discounts are not possible! You will find current price reductions on our homepage.
     
  6. Photos
    The photos of the accommodation shown are examples and not generally binding.

    The final invoice (balance) is to be paid 1 day before departure.
     

Travel cancellation insurance
We offer you the possibility to take out a travel cancellation insurance of € 5,00 per person per booked holiday day. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person and their family.
